Terms of Service

1. The service
Authentic Only provides identity profiles, verification badges, trust-gated contact sharing, and a non-custodial interface to the Stellar network. We are a software provider — not a bank, money transmitter, custodian, broker, or investment adviser.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your devices and passcodes secure, and not impersonate others. Verification badges reflect checks performed at a point in time and are not a guarantee of conduct.
3. Wallet & assets
In non-custodial mode you alone control your keys; if you lose your device and passcode without a backup, your funds are unrecoverable and we cannot help. Transactions on Stellar are irreversible. Supported assets are limited to our allowlist; availability varies by jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited use
No fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or scraping of other users' contact information. We may suspend accounts, hold high-risk transactions for review, and report unlawful activity where required.
5. Fiat ramps
Deposits and withdrawals are provided by independent, regulated Stellar anchors under their own terms and KYC requirements. We are not a party to those transactions.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
